Frances Gibbs
Ingredients:
5 cucumbers, sliced thin (do not peel)
1 Large Onion
1 tsp. celery ceed
dash of salt
1 cup of vinegar
2 cups of sugar
Directions:
Place cucumbers, onion, salt, and celery seed in a large bowl. Mix vinegar and sugar in a separate bowl and pour over cucumbers.
Keep in refrigerator as long as they last.
