Ingredients:
2 small packages of sugar-free strawberry jello
4 ounces thawed fat free cool whip
fresh strawberries
Directions:
Cut the tops off strawberries and place them cut side down in your pie plate. Continue until pie plate is covered.
In a separate bowl, dissolve both packages of strawberry jello in 3 cups boiling hot water. Do not add cold water.
Once cooled down, pour over strawberries and place in fridge.
When your pie is set, top with 4 ounces of fat free cool whip.
