Ingredients:
2 cups sugar
1/4 cup cocoa
1/2 cup milk
1 stick margarine
1 tsp. of vanilla
2 Tbsp peanut butter
3 cups oatmeal
wax paper
(This recipe works best in a cast iron frying pan)
Directions:
Mix sugar & cocoa. Add margarine and milk and cook, stirring constantly over low to medium heat. Once mixture begins to boil, time and cook for 1 minute. Remove from heat. Stir in tsp of vanilla, 2 Tbsp. peanut butter, and 3 cups of oatmeal. Drop by spoonfuls on wax paper and let cool.
