Ingredients:
3 cups of sugar
1/2 cup Hershey's cocoa powder
1 and 3/4 cup evaporated milk
1/4 stick of butter or margarine
Directions:
Stir together sugar and cocoa very well to prevent cocoa from clumping. Add milk and butter. Cook while stirring constantly on medium heat. Cook until it begins to thicken and it makes a soft ball when dropped in saucer of cold water. Frost thin cake layers.
