Diane Honeycutt
Ingredients:
1 qt. strawberries (washed and sliced)
1/2 cup sugar
1 small pkg. strawberry Jell-O (sugar free)
2 small pkg. Instant Vanilla pudding (sugar free)
3 cups cold milk
1 cup sour cream
1 lg. tub cool whip
1 box vanilla wafers
Directions:
Heat strawberries, sugar, and Jell-O just enough to dissolve Jell-O (stirring constantly). Cool. Mix pudding and milk. Add sour cream. Fold in 3/4 cup of cool whip. In large dish (13x9x1/2) or larger, layer wafers, then pudding, then strawberries. Repeat until all is used. Chill slightly and over with remaining cool whip. Garnish with sliced strawberries. Refrigerate.
