Ingredients:
4 boneless skinless chicken thighs or breasts (chopped into bite-sized pieces)
12 slices of bacon
1 red onion, cut into 1-inch pieces
1 red bell pepper, cut into 1-inch pieces
1 yellow bell pepper, cut into 1-inch pieces
1 orange bell pepper, cut into 1-inch pieces
1 bottle, any flavor of sugar free G Hughes BBQ Sauce or BBQ sauce of your choice
Directions:
Cut bacon slices into sections of 3-4 and wrap each piece of chicken with a small piece of bacon. Skewer bacon wrapped chicken pieces, onion, and pepper pieces onto the skewers, alternating chicken, peppers,and onions. Brush sauce over skewers. Grill over medium heat (4-5 minutes), then rotate, brush with more sauce, and cook another 4-5 minutes unitl chicken is cooked through and bacon is cooked to desired doneness.
Serve skeweres warm with additional sauce for dipping or drizzling. Enjoy!
