Ingredients:
1/4 lb. butter
1 cup self-rising flour
3 oz. cream cheese
Filling Ingredients:
2 eggs
1 and 1/2 cup brown sugar
2 Tbsp. melted butter
pinch of salt
few drops vanilla
pecans
Directions:
Blend cream cheese together. Add sifted flour. Make 24 balls about the size of a walnut, shape into small muffin pans. Pat into bottom and sides. Put a few chopped pecans into bottom of each. For filling, add sugar, salt, vanilla, and butter. Top with more pecans. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
