Ingredients:
12 jalapeno peppers, cut in half length-wise & deseeded
4 oz. cream cheese, softened
1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
2 Tbl. Salsa
1 and 1/2 tsp. Cumin
1/4 tsp. salt
1 cup shredded chicken
1 and 1/2 tsp. Chili powder
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
All all the ingredients except for the jalapenos in a mixing bowl and stir to combine well.
Stuff the jalapenos with the filling.
Place on a parchment lined baking sheet.
Bake 15-20 min.
