Ingredients:
1 can Crescent Rolls
1 lb. sausage
5 eggs
1 cup frozen loosely packed hash-browns, thawed out
1 cup sharp cheddar cheese, grated
1/4 cup milk
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
2 tsp. Parmesan Cheese
Directions:
Cook sausage and drain well. Roll out crescent rolls in a pan with an edge. Sprinkle sausage over crescent roll. Add thawed hash-browns. Sprinkle cheeses over. Mix eggs, milk, salt, and pepper together then pour over the top. Bake at 375 degrees for 25-35 minutes.
