Ingredients:
1- 8oz. pkg. cream cheese, softened at room temperature
3 sticks of butter, softened at room temperature
3 cups sugar
3 cups plain flour (not self-rising)
6 eggs, one at a time
1 tsp. vanilla
Directions:
Cream butter and cream cheese well. Add sugar and flour and continue to beat with mixer. Add eggs one at a time. Add vanilla. Beat well. Pour into a greased and floured tube pan (can use Bakers Joy Spray). Place in COLD oven. Bake 1 and 1/2 hours at 300 degrees.
