Ingredients:
16 oz. whole mushrooms
1 lb. sausage
8 oz. package of cream cheese
Directions:
Wash mushrooms and spoon out insides (A melon scoop or small spoon works well for this). Brown the sausage and drain its grease. Mix the sausage and cream cheese together well. Spoon sausage mixture into mushrooms and bake for 15-20 minutes at 350 degrees or until tops of sausage are turning brown.
