Diane Honeycutt
Ingredients:
2 lbs. hamburger meat
1 medium onion
1 can ranch beans (black label)
2 cans corn (can use Mexi-corn if you like)
1 can Rotel tomatoes (mild-original)
1 can diced tomatoes or hot (you choose)
1 can Hormel chili with beans
1 can black beans
1 pkg of dry taco seasoning
1 pkg of dry ranch seasoning
Directions:
Brown hamburger meat & onion - drain
Add all other ingredients, including juices - Simmer 30 minutes.
May serve with grated cheese, tortilla chips, sour cream, or other toppings of your choice
