Ingredients:
cornbread (recipe HERE)
1/2 loaf of bread
Turkey giblets boiled and chopped
extra turkey parts - 3 or 4 legs, wings, or necks - boiled and deboned
2 large onions - chopped
2 stalks of celery - chopped fine
salt and pepper to taste
pinch of sage (optional)
6 boiled eggs - chopped
broth from turkey and giblets
Directions:
Tear cornbread and bread apart in a large bowl. Add eggs, onion, giblets, and turkey meat mixing well. Pour broth (approximately 2-3 cups) over mixture. Mix well. Add salt and pepper to taste and sage, if desired. Mixture should be very moist - wet but not soupy. Pour into two 9 x 13 pans and cook in 350 degrees oven until golden brown (approximately 30 minutes). Cut into squares and serve.
