Ingredients:
4 cups fresh blackberries
1 cup sugar
4 Tbsp. sugar
2 Tbsp. flour
Pastry for double crust 9" pie
Directions:
Wash and cap berries. Cover with 1 cup sugar and allow to sit for about 30 minutes. Combine flour and 4 Tbsp. sugar and gently stir into the berry-sugar mixture. Spoon into prepared pastry-lined pie plate. Cover with lattice strip of pastry and bake at 400 degrees until crust is golden brown.
