Ingredients:
6 Bell Peppers - slice off top, remove inside
2 T. oil
1 lb. lean ground beef
1/2 lb. Italian sausage
1 onion, diced
2 tsp. steak seasoning
14 oz. fire roasted tomatoes, drained
1 T. Worcester sauce
1 cup cooked rice (or you can substitute cauliflower rice)
2 cups shredded cheese
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray casserole dish with Pam cooking spray. Cook sausage/ground beef and add onion, diced peppers, and seasoning. Reduce to low/medium. Add tomatoes (drained), and rice. Cook for 5 minutes and stir in 1/2 the cheese. Spoon into peppers. Top with remaining cheese. Cover with foil and bake for 35 minutes.
