Ingredients:
Sliced Bologna
Wheat Bread
Sliced American Cheese
Sliced Swiss Cheese
Sliced Onions
Sliced Bell Peppers
Mustard
Directions:
Saute' onions and bell peppers. Butter and grill wheat bread. Microwave a slice of bologna until it forms into a cup shape. Place both kinds of cheese inside the cup of bologna and microwave until cheese is melted. Spread mustard on both pieces of grilled bread. Place bologna cup on one slice of bread, cover with onions and peppers. Place the other slice of bread on top and cut diagonally.
