Ingredients:
1 lb. Italian sausage (browned and drained)
2 cans Italian diced tomatoes
4 cups of chicken broth
8 oz. cream cheese (Cubed)
1 bag (20 oz.) frozen cheese tortellini
3-4 cups fresh spinach
Directions:
Add browned, chopped, and drained sausage, chicken broth, tomatoes (both), and cubed cream cheese to crock pot. Stir. Cook on low for 4 hours until cream cheese is dissolved.
Stir in spinach, frozen tortellini, and cook until pasta is done.
Serve immediately or store up to 3 days.
