Ingredients (Cake)
4 eggs
1 cup butter
4 Tbsp. cocoa
2 cups sugar
1 and 1/2 cups self-rising flour
2 cups pecans
1 tsp vanilla
1 large package marshmallows
Ingredients (Icing)
4 Tbsp. butter
4 Tbsp. cocoa
1 box powdered sugar
milk
Directions:
Melt butter and cocoa together. Mix sugar and eggs, beat well by hand. Add butter, cocoa, then add flour, pecans, and vanilla. Bake in 13x9 long pan at 310 degrees for 30 minutes. Cut marshmallows in half. When cake is done, cover top with marshmallows while cake is hot. Cool and cover with icing.
Directions for Icing:
Melt butter and cocoa. Add powdered sugar and enough milk to spread easily.
