First Layer:
1 cup plain flour
1 stick margarine, softened
1/2 cup chopped nuts
Directions:
Mix all ingredients together. Bake at 300 degrees for 30-40 minutes to let cool.
Second Layer
8 oz. cream cheese, softened
8 oz. cool whip
1 cup sugar
Directions:
Blend together and add over crust.
***Third Layer:
1 and 1/2 cup sweet potatoes, mashed
1 stick margarine
1 egg, beaten
2 tsp. vanilla flavoring
1 cup sugar
Directions:
Cook over medium heat about 15 minutes. Let cool. Add over cream mixture. Serve cool.
***NOTE: I go ahead and do third layer so it can be cooling while the first layer is cooking
