Frances Gibbs
Ingredients:
2 cups drained fresh crabmeat
1/4 cup crackers
1 egg, beaten
1/4 cup mayonnaise
2 Tablespoons minced onion
oil to fry
Directions:
Mix crabmeat, crackers, egg, mayo, and onions. Shape into 8 patties. Coat with additional breading. Fry in oil 2 and a half minutes on each side.
