Talmadge (Tim) Honeycutt
Ingredients:
6-8 medium sized green tomatoes
2 cups flour
salt and pepper to taste
3 eggs (beaten)
1/4 cup sugar
oil for frying
Directions:
Wash and slice tomatoes. Mix flour, sugar, and salt/pepper in a separate dish. Dip each slice of tomato in beaten egg, then in flour mixture. Place in frying pan on medium heat until golden brown on both sides.
