Ingredients:
1 egg white
1 cup light brown sugar (not packed much)
4 Tbsp. self-rising flour
2 and 1/2 cup whole pecan halves
1 tsp vanilla
Directions:
Sift flour and sugar together. Beat egg white until it forms. Add vanilla and beat a little. Gradually add in sugar and flour. Add pecan halves and coat with mixture by spoon. Drop onto a greased and floured cookie sheet. Drop about 3 pecan halves per puff. Cook at 250 degrees for 30 minutes. Let set on cookie sheet to cool. Use a spatula to remove cookies.
